Contact forms
Information on our registration form is transmitted through PayPal. Your information is then manually recorded in an off-line database not connected to the internet. It will be used only within our Association and will not be sold or shared with anyone else. You may receive an email from our Association on matters concerning your membership or other Association business to the email address that you used to register.
Once accepted as a member of the Association, your contact information is stored in a membership database on the website and is accessible by the website administrators who can see, edit, or delete personal information at any time.
Cookies
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
